Whats up everyone!

There are certain things you should never have in your house when selling your home. Today well go through my top 10 in no particular order. Been doing this 21 years and this list comes from my experience –

So, lets dive right in!

1- No religion & politics

2- Don’t cook within a week of going on the market. Esp spicy foods.

3- Remove all valuables, anything that can fit in a bag especially -tell story of Russian glass figurines.

4- Personal photos

5-Personal documents – anything with your ss number, identity theft 

6- Mouse/ant traps

7- Prescription meds – Matthew Perry

8- Closets…if there is an empty half of the closet, remove all clothes or fill it in

9- Pets – allergies, fear, remove all evidence of pets

10- Warning of surveillance – you don’t want to get sued
